Ranvir Sena chief held

Patna Dec. 24. The chief of the outlawed Ranvir Sena, Bhuar Thakur, carrying a reward of Rs. 50,000 on his head, was arrested today along with his two associates in Bhojpur district of Bihar, police said.

On a tip-off, a Bhojpur district police team, led by the Superintendent of Police, A.K. Ambedkar, arrested the three near Karnol bridge on the Patna-Sasaram road in Charpokhri, the Director General of Police, R.R. Prasad, told PTI.

Thakur was heading the Sena after the arrest of its founder chief, Brahmeshwar Singh, here in September, the DGP said.
